I'll be here, along with lots of other fab designers, makers and what looks like, incredibly tasty food!
Along with my sister & Rhea from Handmade Nottingham, we organised and hosted the Bird In Borrowed Feathers Summer Market last weekend. We had such a fab time! Lot's of wonderful stall holders and lovely customers who came to buy and browse!
Here's a selection of photos I took over the weekend, for more, pop over to the Bird In Borrowed Feathers Market Facebook Page and Blog!

This weekend is the very first Bird In Borrowed Feathers Summer Market. I am so excited to be part of the organising team for this new event!
As well as hosting and having a stall, I am also going to be teaching a Printed Tote Bag workshop! For just £5 per person, you can make your own stamp and have a go at printing a tote bag.
I recently taught Rhea and Georgia how to do it in the shop, it was great fun and we came up with some snazzy designs!
Check out all the other fab workshops below!
Last weekend I had a stall at the Fabulous Places Summer Market, in the Roundhouse, Derby. I'd never done this event before but always thought it looked like a wonderful event, and it was! The venue was beautiful and the other stall holders were all so lovely.
The only downside was that it happened to be a very slow weekend in terms of visitors and sales, not just for me, but also according to regular stall holders. This was a little disappointing but has not put me off applying for the Christmas one in November, fingers crossed!

Also, check out the fantastic ceiling! I love the yellow beams and bright orange hooks.
Woohoo! I have a new stockist!
I met the lovely Jade Devall who runs Design at 44 in Derby, at the Fabulous Places Summer Market over the weekend. At the end of the day on Sunday she popped over to my stall and took a few prints and cards straight away to pop into the shop, so they are now available in Design at 44! Possibly the quickest stockist order ever!
I'm so excited to be organising the Bird In Borrowed Feathers Summer Market with Bird In Borrowed Feathers and Handmade Nottingham.
It's taking place on the 18th - 20th July and we've got some really fantastic local designers and vintage sellers taking part, as well as some fun workshops!
